↠ABOUT THE TOUR ↞
This unique 2-2.5+ hour guided tour in our 100% clear kayaks weaves through the scenic mangrove tunnels of Fort Pierce! Take a paddle through winding mangroves in search of manatees, rays, dolphins, birds, turtles, and more! We launch from within Fort Pierce Inlet State Park which opens up guests to a variety of exciting activities beyond our kayak tours. Take advantage of your time in the State Park and enjoy the beach, pavilions, parks, walking trails, and more!
There will be opportunities to get out and walk around in the shallow areas depending on the tides. We’ll be able to stretch our legs and also search for the marine life that enjoy the sandbars such as starfish, conch, snails, and others!
We also offer sunrise, sunset, and glow-in-the-dark Fort Pierce kayak tour options. We’ve even been seeing bioluminescent comb jellies on our glow-in-the-dark tours during winter!
Come find out why we offer the best kayak tours in St Lucie County! Learn about local marine life, vegetation, and surrounding areas with our top notch tour guides. They love taking photos for our guests so feel free to bring your phone and ask for a few awesome shots!

Our tours are made for any skill level to participate. We will offer some basic tips and tricks to help you maneuver the waterways. Some paddling may be considered intermediate, as we can sometimes paddle against the tide and we also have to sometimes deal with a variety of wind conditions. Regardless, we try our best to accommodate everyone and paddle at a pace that is convenient for every paddler! We do require all guests to stay with the group during the tour.

Tips are greatly appreciated. We like to say, “If you enjoyed your ride, tip your guide!”

Yes! Our weight limit is no more than 250 pounds per person and no more than 425 pounds per 2 people that are in the same kayak. All of our kayaks are double kayaks. Unfortunately our kayak manufacturer has given us this strict limit of 250 pounds per person and we cannot exceed this limit.
-
Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers). However, the seats are removable and if you have an odd number of paddlers in your party we are able to accommodate the kayak as a single.
Keep in mind, the same 250 pound PER person weight limit still applies even if taking a kayak out as a single. -
Trips that are canceled by Get Up And Go Kayaking due to inclement weather, will be rescheduled or refunded.
All sales are final, however, we do offer Trip Protection at Fort Pierce for 10% of the ticket price to allow you to cancel for a full refund for any reason up until 12 hours prior to the trip time.
No-show participants will not be refunded. This includes showing up with less paddlers than the original amount booked for.
