Explore Rock Springs Run and Kings Landing in Florida by Clear Kayak!
Rock Springs Run at Kings Landing is a truly unique and stunning location for kayaking, and there’s no better way to experience it than in a clear kayak with Get Up And Go Kayaking.
One of the main reasons Rock Springs Run is so beautiful is because of the crystal-clear waters of Emerald Cut. The spring-fed water is constantly flowing, keeping the water clean and clear making it easy to spot fish, turtles, and other aquatic wildlife as you paddle through the waterways. The clear water also makes it possible to see the various plants and rocks that line the bottom of the riverbed, adding to the overall beauty of the experience.
Another aspect that makes Rock Springs Run at Kings Landing so special is the diversity of the ecosystem. The area is home to a variety of plant and animal life, including banana trees, lily pads, and even small alligators. No need to worry, we’ve never had a bad encounter!
Get Up And Go Kayaking is the best company to experience Rock Springs Run with because we make the paddle suitable for all skill levels. The first half of the paddle is against a 2-3 mph current so expect a little bit of a workout, but you’re rewarded with a gentle drift back to the launch point once we turn around. Our knowledgeable guides will take you on a journey through the waterway, pointing out the unique features and wildlife of the area. We also provide all the necessary gear, including kayaks and life jackets, making it easy for you to simply show up and enjoy the experience.
