- Reservations are required for all tours.
- Our tours depart near 5 East Ave Austin, TX 78701. We will meet under the I-35 bridge by the shoreline to the Colorado River. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to the tour start time to find parking if traveling by car.
- Every tour is small (12 people max) and given in our completely clear kayaks.
- Private tours may be available by request.

Our weight limit is no more than 250 pounds per person and no more than 425 pounds per 2 people that are in the same kayak. All of our kayaks are double kayaks. Unfortunately, our kayak manufacturer has given us this strict limit of 250 pounds per person and we cannot exceed this limit.

Our tours are made for any skill levels to participate, we will have basic tips and tricks to help you maneuver the waterways. We try our best to paddle at a pace that is convenient for every paddler! We do require all guests to stay with the group.

Of course! However, each person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older in a kayak. If you have more children than adults in your party please contact us so we can determine if this scenario is doable at this location. We love having the entire family out and kids love this tour!

Trips that are canceled by Get Up And Go Kayaking due to inclement weather, will not be charged; if your card has been charged prior to the trip, all funds will be refunded.
No cancellations or reschedules without trip protection. No-show participants will not be refunded nor rescheduled. This includes showing up with fewer paddlers than the original amount booked for. If the guest does not make it by the tour time, the tour will proceed and any no-shows will not be refunded nor rescheduled.
All cancellations must be done by phone or email at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled tour time if you have purchased trip protection. You will receive a reply once your trip has been canceled.
