Why we are the #1 Choice for Guided Clear Kayak Tours in Florida
Get Up And Go Kayaking
Take an adventure through the incredibly scenic Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge! Our clear kayak tours give you the possibility of seeing unique local nature and wildlife without hinderance. The Refuge is home to hundreds of manatees + friendly dolphins so keep your eyes peeled! Our guides will lead you to the best spots to view wildlife up close.
We launch from the NW side of Haulover Canal. Full directions will be sent upon booking since there is no exact address within the Refuge.
The assembly center for Kennedy Space Center can be seen from our paddle through the Indian River Lagoon.
The Refuge contains over 1000 species of plants, 117 species of fish, 68 amphibians and reptiles, 330 birds, and 31 mammal species, of which at least 14 species are listed as endangered by the state of Florida or by the US federal government. There’s no shortage of wildlife!
While we cannot guarantee wildlife sightings, this location is known for its abundance of incredible unique Florida marine life and birds! Many people come to Haulover Canal simply to see the manatees from the shore line, but we like to show our guests a bit closer. We offer day time and sunset tours for your enjoyment. Our tour guides have incredible great local knowledge and are very passionate about the conservation and knowledge of the Refuge.
